Dinner Talk:

Enterprise gamification

How using gaming principles can improve company success

What motivates the player community of World of Warcraft to make their role play wiki into the second largest encyclopedia after Wikipedia with 250,000 entries? Why do US soldiers in Irak and Afghanistan play war games to relax in their free time?

Once companies understand the factors behind the motivation for players to "work hard" to achieve their gaming goals, then they will be be able to take this and bring it into their working lives and get more commitment and performance out of their employees, who will have fun making the company more successful.
