We invite interested researchers and practitioners to contribute their experience and knowledge.

The topics of interest include, but are not limited to

  • BPM fostering Process Innovation and Redesign
  • Process-based Codification of (Novel) Knowledge
  • Innovation-based Life Cycle Management
  • Comparative Analysis of BPM Approaches
  • Customer Process Management based on S-BPM
  • S-BPM for Big Data Processing and Analysis
  • Cloud-based Processes based on S-BPM
  • Integrating Social BPM with S-BPM (B2C, C2C)
  • S-BPM in context of Workforce Attraction
  • Mobile Processes based on S-BPM
